Hotel Vista Fukuoka Nakasu-Kawabata

Very clean & comfortable bed. Nice shower and great location, near the harbor.

No view. The 11th story window was permanent shaded. Pricey breakfast.

The room size was good for big suitcases. The cleanliness must be improved. The location was convenion near airport line. The onzen was small and clouded.

The area is great, so many things to do in the immediate area. Staff was very friendly. The hotel itself was very clean and warm (which was good considering I was there in the winter).

Beds and pillows could be softer but other than that the room was good and comfortable. If you're like me and spend most of your time outside of your hotel, you'll have a good time.

Breakfast was very good, with a variety of Japanese and some Western foods. The location was very good, close to a shopping arcade, restaurants, and walkable to Tanjin.

Overall a budget-friendly stay. The disappointing factors were that there was no coffee in our room and we had to step out to the nearest combini every morning. Also the floor of our room was noticeably dirty. Lastly, the in-room slippers appeared to be previously worn by other guests and reused, despite them having the quality of disposable slippers.

The staff was great and let us check in early. The breakfast buffet was huge with options for everyone. Clean shower and a comfortable bed. Pretty basic.

The room is small and can be a challenge if you're staying for more than a few days.

Room size (28sqm) and bed sizes comfortable for three persons. Sliding partition for bedroom very useful. New and modern facilities including separate toilet and bath very convenient. Enjoyed free use of spa facility on the second floor.

My requested room cleaning not done but staff readily apologized and offered to do so.

I am a bicycle rider and they had a location to store our bicycle in the parking garage. The staff were very friendly and accomidating.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean, comfortable bed, location close to subway, restaurants and shopping. Coin laundry machines available.

The staff were very professional and helpful. For example, we arrived early and they stored our luggage and when we could check in, the luggage was already in our room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom modern and I always appreciate a bathtub. The AC and wifi worked well. There is a nice "couch" area. My daughter got a children's convenience package with cute bear slippers which she liked.

You cannot see anything through the window - it felt a bit claustrophobic. There is a kettle (great!) but only small glasses and no tea of coffee. But cups seems to be not a Japanese thing. There is no space to unpack anything so not suitable for longer stays.

I love the room and location. The room is clean and decent size and nice bathroom

The staff not so friendly

Convenient location near Kushida Shrine subway so that you have easy access to Hakata and Tenjin area, canal city is in walkable distance too! Kawabata shopping street is beside the hotel. Love the public bath in second floor, the twin room is bigger in size too where we can open two luggages at the same time.

This was a great spot for visiting Fukuoka. It has easy access to lots of neighborhoods that could be explored on foot. The room was a decent size and the large bathtub was a nice addition. We missed out on the breakfast but it looked great. The staff were pleasant.

We booked 3 double rooms to accommodate 5 people. Rooms were rather small but very clean and comfortable. The hotel is located next to park and close to many shops. Staff were helpful and breakfast was really nice with lots of variety.
